Welcome to Nyikaxplore. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the travel services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment and send you a booking confirmation. Please review your itinerary carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.
Payments
Payments must be made according to the schedule provided in your booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. Any outstanding balance must be paid before the start of your tour unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred for accommodation, park fees, transportation, or other travel arrangements. Applicable cancellation fees may apply.
Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to change your itinerary after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the changes and supplier availability.
Changes by Nyikaxplore
In rare circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel part of your itinerary due to weather conditions, government regulations, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events. We will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents before departure.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, personal belongings, and adventure activities.
Health and Safety
Guests should ensure they are medically fit for their chosen tour or trekking activity. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before your trip so we can make appropriate arrangements where possible.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to follow the instructions of guides, respect local cultures and wildlife, comply with park regulations, and behave responsibly throughout the trip. Nyikaxplore reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior may endanger others or disrupt the tour.
Liability
While we take every reasonable step to provide safe and enjoyable travel experiences, Nyikaxplore is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, or expenses resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, airline delays, government actions, or force majeure events.
